Flat service fee.
We charge only 300 Yen or US$3 per item of the same type that you purchase. For example, if you buy 2 hats that are the same, our service fee will still be 300 Yen, but if you buy 2 different hats, we will charge you a service fee for each of them, or 600 Yen.
Packing and repacking
We will always make sure that your goods are well packed. At times, you may purchase from more than one shop and in this case we will repack your goods so that you save on shipping costs. This is included in your service fee.
Free shipping insurance
If you ship with SAL, Avia or EMS, we will pay for your shipping insurance. For courier services such as DHL, FedEx or other shipping methods, we will charge separately for the optional insurance fee.
Flexible shipping methods
EMS, Japan, does not ship to some countries. Hence, we have several shipping options that ensure the safe delivery of your goods to any address in the world.
Pay in the currency of your choice
All goods at YokoMarket are calculated in Japanese Yen. You can pay in Yen or in the currency of your choice that can be converted to Yen at your bank.

Safe packaging
If your products are not properly packed for international shipping when they come to us, we will do everything necessary in their repacking. This is a free service.

Photographs of your purchases
Before we ship your goods to an international destination, we can take photographs of the items to prove the condition. This additional but optional service costs 500 Yen. You can select this service when placing the order.
